Meditations from Zion 
How often have I raged against the Lord for my circumstances? As a child of God, I know that He is in control of everything and so, I sometimes caught up in a secret rage: “If you love me so much, why am I in this situation?” Gently, I am reminded … I chose the course that brought me here. Total freedom to choose… that’s what came with the covenant we made. He gives me freedom… I am to give Him devotion. Today, I confessed in a big, broad way… I accept the responsibility for my choices and thank God for grace He has given and the nurture which coaxes fruit from my vine all the same.
